We offer counselling from a quiet, comfortable practice in Essex. I also offer sessions online. I’ve put together some information on my work and background, to help decide whether I would be a good fit as a therapist for you.

Our Services

Personal Counselling

Personal counselling sessions can be face to face, over zoom or over the telephone.

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling sessions are offered face to face within the counselling room at Harold Wood.

Child and Young person (CYP) counselling

Child and Young person (CYP) counselling sessions are held face to face. The counselling room is fully equipped for play therapy.

Family Counselling

I feel very passionately about supporting families that are waiting for CAHMS appointments.

Personal Counselling (aged 18 and above) £50
Personal Counselling Children and Young people (5-18) £45
Couples Counselling £75
Family Counselling 8 sessions – £440 (can be paid weekly)

About CRD

I am Chrissie Rhodes-Dennis, I trained to become a counsellor when I suffered a fall from a horse and was uncertain that I would ride again. Since I spent twenty years as a freelance riding instructor and trained misunderstood horses, coaching them through their fears and pitfalls to give them the opportunity to find their path in life to a happier place, I figured counselling was not so different to that – only humans talk!
